Questions before you start

Rates vary widely. Some local agencies charge a few rupees per word, while researched SEO content and sales copy cost more because of planning and editing. We quote per project or monthly retainer once we know the content type, volume, research depth and SEO scope.

It depends on the number of pieces, research depth and how quickly briefs and outlines are approved. Larger sites and catalogues are split into batches, and timing is agreed as part of the scope.

Writers may use AI tools for research or outlining, but a person writes or rewrites every piece, checks the facts and adds real detail, and an editor reviews it. We never deliver unedited AI output and can explain exactly how tools were used.

Yes. Every piece is written for your project and checked with a plagiarism tool before delivery. Facts and statistics are checked against a source, with links available. Where quotes or data must come from your team, we mark those spots so nothing is invented.

Website, service and landing pages, blog posts and articles, product and category descriptions, email copy and content briefs. We also edit and refresh existing content, including older posts and AI drafts, and write localised versions of key pages for UK, US or Gulf audiences.

Yes. Many clients use a monthly retainer for a set number of posts or pages, planned from a content calendar. One-off projects such as a new website or product catalogue are also supported. Retainers can be adjusted as your needs change.

Yes. We can format and upload pages to most common CMS platforms, including headings, meta tags, internal links and image alt text. Or we deliver ready-to-paste Google Docs or Word files that follow your page templates.

Content Writing guide

Short answers to what buyers research before hiring.

Regular writing starts with what the business wants to say. SEO content writing starts with what people are searching for and works back to the business message. The writer checks the main keyword, the intent behind it (to learn, compare or buy) and the pages that already rank, then structures the piece to answer that intent better. In practice that means a clear H1 and logical H2s, a direct answer near the top, related questions further down, and a meta title and description written to earn the click. Internal links point to your service or product pages so the article helps the pages that make money. Good SEO content still has to read well. Keyword stuffing and padded word counts make pages worse for readers and do not help rankings. The aim is a page a customer would bookmark.

Google has said it rewards helpful, original content however it is produced, and that using AI gives no special advantage. It has also said that generating many pages with little value for users can break its spam policy on scaled content abuse. So the question is not whether a tool was used, but whether the result is accurate, useful and original. Raw AI drafts usually fall short. They repeat common ideas, miss local detail, sometimes state things that are not true, and sound like every other AI page on the topic. Our approach is simple. Writers may use AI tools for research or structure, but a person writes or rewrites the copy, checks the facts and adds real examples and local context. An editor reviews it before delivery. If you already have AI drafts, we can edit them into publishable pages.

Start by asking for samples in your industry or a similar one. Read them as a customer would. Are they clear, and do they say something specific? Next, ask how the agency picks topics and keywords. A good answer involves research and briefs. A weak answer is "send us the titles." Ask who edits the work and whether plagiarism and fact checks are part of delivery. Ask for a straight answer on where AI tools are used and where people take over. Check revision rounds, turnaround times and whether meta tags and internal links are included. Finally, look at pricing. Very low per-word rates are common in Pakistan, but rewriting weak content often costs more than the saving. Compare what is included, not just the rate. A short paid trial of two or three pieces is a fair way to test fit.
